A Pass in +2 with the following subjects,

• Physics, Chemistry, Biology & Maths.
• Physics, Chemistry, Biology & Zoology.
• Physics, Foundation Science & Medical Lab. Asst. Vocational Subject with an aggregate of OC - 50%, BC - 45%, MBC - 42%, SC/ST - 40% marks in Science subjects.

Age limit- Complition of 17 years but sholud not have completed 30 years (Age 17 years completed as on 30th June of the academic year)
