The formation of Kempegowda Institute of Physiotherapy shows that how physiotherapy has now become an important part of study. It saw rapid development in the last 50 years. Now it has turned out to be a rapid science and is the most happening branch in the entire studies based on biology. Started in the year 1997, the Sangha took the permission of the Government of Karnataka and Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences to start a program in the physical therapy. The institute is named after the ruler Sri Kempegowda of Karnataka, the founder of Bangalore city. The college aims to train their students in such a manner that their students help the needy and poor without any restrictions.
