NEET UG 2024 will be held on May 5, 2024 for admission to MBBS at Katuri Medical College. NEET PG 2024 will be held on March 3, 2024 for admission to MD/ MS at Katuri Medical College.

In the year 1997, Katuri Medical College and Hospital was established in Guntur city of Andhra Pradesh. The college is affiliated to Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada.

Katuri Medical College offers MBBS program of 5 years, MD/ MS course of 3 years and Diploma program of 2 years duration. There are 16 specializations to choose from in MD/ MS program.

Candidates have to submit application form online only and payment of the fee could be made through both online and offline mode.

Katuri Medical College and Hospital MBBS Admissions 2023

Katuri Medical College and Hospital offers MBBS program of 5 years duration to the aspirants. Admission to the course is given on the basis of candidate’s merit in NEET-UG conducted by CBSE.

Candidates who have passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 50% marks (45% for ST/ SC/ OBC category) in aggregate from a recognized Board of Examination are eligible to apply for MBBS admission.

Katuri Medical College and Hospital PG Course Admission 2023

To get admission in PG courses offered by Katuri Medical College and Hospital candidates will qualify NEET-PG conducted by NBE. On the basis of candidates merit in NEET-PG admission is given to them. The college runs MD/ MS program of 3 years duration with intake of 42 students and Diploma course of 2 years duration with intake of 8.

Students who hold MBBS Degree with minimum 50% marks and have permanent registration with Medical Council of India/ DCI/ State Medical Council/ Dental Council and have qualified NEET-PG are considered eligible for admission to MD/ MS/ Diploma program.

Katuri Medical College and Hospital Application Process

Candidates will apply separately for MBBS and MD/ MS/ Diploma programs online through the website of Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences. The application fee could be submitted through both offline and online method.

Steps to apply are given below:-

or may visit these links as well http://pvtappgmed.apsche.ac.in and http://www.apmedco.com

Click on “Online Registration” link.
Fill in the asked details and complete the process.
A testing id and registration number will be allotted on completing the registration.
Use your id and registration no. and click “Validate”.
The application form will appear after the successful validation.
Fill up the form and hit “Save and Exit” button.
Make the payment of the application fee and complete the application process

Online: Candidates will make the payment of the application fee online through Net banking/ Credit/ Debit card/ NEFT.
Offline: Application fee could be paid through Demand Draft favoring “Vignan Educational Foundation” payable at “Guntur”.

Remarks:

The Admission Process was quite simple, The details of the whole process can be found on the ysruhs website provided by the state government, As I was from the general category I haven't availed of any kind of benefits via reservation, and the entrance exam is NEET, the cut off was-119.
