Eligibility Criteria

All the applicants for the M. Pharm course should have passed the B. Pharm degree examination of Osmania University or any other examination recognized by the Osmania University as equivalent thereto and passed the Graduate Aptitude Test for Engineers (GATE) examination.

Admission Guidelines

For admission to the professional course like M.Tech,M.Arch,M.Pharm, the State Government, conducts an entrance exam called PGECET every year in the month of May/ June. The students are given ranking based on the marks obtained in the test. Admissions are conducted by the Convenor PGECET in a systematic manner by means of web counseling, based on the rank obtained in GPAT and for the remaining seats based on the PGECET rank.
The student has the opportunity to choose the course specialization and college.
70% of seats are filled through the GPAT and PGECET ranks by the Convenor and 30% seats are filled by the management, based on the merit at PGECET / B.Pharm as per the State government prescribed rules from time to time.
