Must have passed B.Tech or equivalent examination from a recognised University with Maths as compulsory subject at 10+2 level
Must secure at least 60% marks for General/OBC category and 55% for SC/ST category in aggregate
Those without B.Tech degree are also eligible if they possess MCA or M.Sc. degree in related stream with same aggregate as above
Those without Maths at 10+2 level are required to qualify a non-credit course in Mathematics during 1st semester of M.Tech
Preference will be given to those with valid GATE score
