Pravara Rural College of Pharmacy was established by the Pravara Rural Education Society in the year 1981. The college introduced the B.Pharm course in the year 1987, and M.Pharm was introduced in the year 2004. The Institute is affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University. It is located in Pravaranagar, Ahmed Nagar, in the state of Maharashtra.
Pravara Rural College of Pharmacy offers D.Pharm, B.Pharm and M.Pharm programs to the candidates.
- Admission for the B.Pharm program is based on the MHT CET entrance examination.
- For B.Pharm, candidate who has passed 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology with minimum 50% marks is eligible to apply.
- Admission will be done through Centralized Admission Process (CAP) counselling which is conducted by govt. of Maharashtra.
- Admission for the M.Pharm course is done on the basis of MAH MPH CET Entrance examination.
- For M.Pharm, candidate must pass B.Pharm degree from recognized university.
- Candidates who have completed 10+2 examination can apply for D.Pharm course.
- Admission for the Diploma course is done on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination.
