NIPER is a public University under Government of India. It is one of the seven schools established under the central Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers. National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER) offers masters and doctoral level courses in the field of Pharmaceutical Sciences.

The university, every year conducts programmes on drugs surveillance including the study of the sociological aspects of “drug use & abuse”. NIPER is a member of Association of Indian Universities and Association of Commonwealth Universities also.

NIPER PG Medical Admission 2023

With a desire to tone up the pharmaceutical education, research and management, NIPER offers 15 PG Medical courses for the duration of 2 years. The courses and admission details are discussed below:

Selection Procedure

The candidates will be admitted to all the PG courses on the basis of the written test- NIPER Joint Entrance Exam, conducted by NIPER.
The qualified candidates will be called for the counseling at the university campus.

NIPER Ph.D Admission 2023

NIPER offers research level courses in 9 disciplines under the credit system. the courses and the eligibility details are tabulated below:

Selection Procedure:

All the candidates applying for the Ph.D courses at NIPER will be admitted through an entrance test.
The entrance test will consist of 170 question and the maximum marks will be 85.
The qualified candidates will have to be present for the Personal Interview round.
The admissions will be based on the candidates merit in the written test and interview.

Students, seeking admission in the courses offered by NIPER, needs to follow the below mentioned steps:

The students can apply online at the official website of the university.
The candidates will have to register before they can proceed to fill in their applications.
The application fees can be paid through Debit/ Credit cards or Net Banking. The fees can also be paid through e-challan.

What should be my GPAT score to get into NIPER Mohali or any top 40 colleges in India?

To get admission into NIPER Mohali, you need to qualify GPAT. There is no such cutoff rank. You will be eligible to attempt NIPER JEE, only if you qualify for GPAT. NIPER Mohali admissions are based on NIPER JEE rank. The cutoff required in NIPER JEE varies depanding on the course but for getting admission you will have to have a score under 400 if you are from the general category.

Different colleges have different cutoff requirements. Naturally, you will have better chances of getting admission, if you have a better GPAT score.
