- Pass in BPharm from a university recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), with minimum 55 % aggregate marks or equivalent
- The candidate should have obtained registration with the State Pharmacy Council or should obtain the same within one month from the date of admission
- Mandatory to submit a migration certificate obtained from the university where the candidate had passed the BPharm qualifying degree
