• Visit the official site https://dte.mponline.gov.in/
• Select your preferred course for counselling
• Complete the registration process
• After successful registration, candidates will be guided to the login page
• Log in Mobile Number and Date of birth 
• Fill up the B.Pharm online counselling application form
• Upload scanned copies of recommended documents
• Fill in the academic details
• Review the entered details and click on submit
• Keep a print copy of the same for further use
• Complete the choice filling process by logging into the site on the scheduled date
• After the declaration of merit list, DTE will release a seat allotment letter
• Candidates need to download that letter and report to the allotted college

• 10th Mark Sheet
• 12th Mark Sheet
• 2 Passport Size photo
• Aadhar Card 
• Domicile Certificate
• Original Transfer Certificate 
• Character Certificate
• Original Migration Certificate
• Gap Certificate (in case of 12th Passed before 2020)
• Mark Sheets of Diploma (in case of Lateral Entry Admissions)
• Counselling Charges INR 1530/- (as per DTE)
