Important Updates for Sinhgad Law College

Sinhgad Law College Admissions 2023 for 5 Year LLB courses are open. Candidates can register for the 5 year LLB course through MAHACET Counselling portal till June 27, 2023. Merit list will be displayed on June 30, 2023. Also LLB 3 year CAP registrations will begin from June 21, 2023.

Sinhgad Law College offers two undergraduate courses viz, BA LLB/BS LLB, LLB under postgraduate program, two diploma courses namely DTL (Diploma in Taxation Laws), DLL and LW (Diploma in Labour Laws and Labour Welfare) and one Certificate Course in Forensic Science and Medical Jurisprudence.

The college is approved by Bar Council of India and affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University.

Application process is conducted through offline mode.
Candidates can download application form the website and submit it to the college office.
Application fees of INR 500 has to be paid through demand draft.
Admissions to five-year or three-year degree courses in law require MH CET Law ranks.
Those who wish to study diploma or certificate course can do so by applying on the basis of graduation degree.

Selection in integrated programs at UG level and LLB is on the basis of MH-CET Law. MH-CET law is a state level entrance exam conducted by Government of Maharastra.
BA LLB/BSL LLB program requires a pass in class 12^th examination or equivalent in any stream with minimum 45% marks. LLB degree calls for a pass in graduation degree in any discipline with 45% marks.

Sinhgad Law College also offers PG diploma and certificate course in legal studies. Interested candidates can apply to these courses provided they have a graduation degree. Selection is on the basis of first come first serve basis. DTL and certificate course are both part-time.
