Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates for the Master degree of Laws for admission in First Semester of the Program must have passed at the First Attempt, the Degree of Bachelor of Laws (Third Year LL.B.) of Gujarat University or an examination of other recognized Universities deemed equivalent with it. The candidate should have scored at least 50% marks in the third year of degree course in External Examination or with equivalent grade in the third year degree shall be eligible for admission.
- Candidates who have passed at the First Attempt the Five Year Integrated Course in LL.B. after 12th or 10+2 course should have scored at least 50% marks in external examination or with equivalent grade in the fifth year degree shall be eligible for admission. While preparing merit list of all categories in LL.M. Semester – I Admission, 5 % marks of LL.B. Final Year LL.B. Exam will be reduced for the candidate applying for LL.M. Admission after 2 years of his completing LL.B. programme.
