Lloyd Law College is becoming better over time. According to my friends at the institute, if you are planning to join the institute go for a BA LLB rather than an LLB alone because the college takes the former more seriously.

  • The institute is trying to perform more diligently than how it usually did in the past few years. It has recently conducted a job fest, where they sought out multiple applications from all over the country.
  • The faculty base of the institute is also quite good. There are also guest lectures from professions with practical experience in the field.
  • The college has been doing really well in both national and international moot courts. In fact, SAARC moots have recently been conducted at Lloyd Law College twice in a particular year.

It is a good choice to opt for Lloyd Law College as opposed to several other private universities in the NCR region.

Lloyd law college, according to some of my friends studying there, is a decent institution. Here are some facts about the college I got to know from them.

  • The syllabus followed by the institution is comparatively quite old.
  • An approximate would be 10-12 years old and has not been revised since.
  • In the past 5 years, Lloyd has been efficiently developing their facilities and their departments.
  • It is trying to produce the best lawyers in the society in the near future.
  • They provide Bonafide Certificates too through which you could get a loan.
  • It is helpful for the ones who are unable to afford the fees here.

Lloyd Law College is a good law college in Greater Noida. Its location offers a great advantage. You cannot compare it with an NLU or other private institution like Amity or Symbiosis. The faculty members at the law department are average and there is nothing exceptional about the infrastructure too.

If anybody in your family is in the law firm at a good post, then it will make a great difference. However, if your goal is judiciary or a government job, then be ready for the struggle. And if you are looking already working and want a degree, then it will definitely boost your CV.

Go for the law degree only if you are deeply interested in this field as the college does not matter, only your hard work will.

If Llyod Law College is your last choice, you can go for it. Otherwise, try to look for better options.

Here is a step-by-step procedure you should follow to reach Lioyd Law College from Yamuna Bank Metro Station.

  • You can board the metro from Yamuna Bank Metro Station to reach Lloyd Law College.
  • Following that, you should get down at the Botanical Garden Metro Station.
  • After you have arrived outside the metro station, you will soon find buses for Greater Noida.
  • Take a bus that goes to Pari Chowk and get down at Galgotia University. Following the same, you can board any auto rickshaw or similar transportation vehicle to reach Lloyd law College.

Overall, this entire journey from Yamuna Bank might take you around 1 to possibly 1.5 hours to finally reach Lloyd Law College.

For a law degree, Lloyd Law College is an average college. There are various reasons as to why Lloyd is not treated as a good college-

  1. The faculty members are not treated properly and do not pay them below the UGC norms.
  2. NLU teachers were previously teaching here but they have left the college. Their concerns were not looked after properly.
  3. You will hardly find any research paper writing or moot activity happening on the campus.
  4. There are no criteria for attendance and anyone can sit for exams. This creates very poor competition among the students.
  5. The fee structure does not match with the quality of education and facilities available here at Lloyd Law College. It is not worth it.

It would be a better option if you have a good score in CLAT, then you should opt for NLU.

The recognition and reputation of a college can play an important role in your education and future career. In the case of law schools in India, Symbiosis Law College (SLS) stands out as a top choice with a strong reputation and recognition across the country. Choosing SLS is a wise decision for BA LLB among Asian law college, IMS law college, Lloyd college, and Symbiosis Law School, Noida, considering the college's reputation and recognition.

However, it's also important to keep in mind that the college you attend is not the only factor that will determine your success in a law career. The quality of your education, the knowledge you gain, and the skills you develop will ultimately shape your future career. This is why it's crucial to focus on your own learning and development and to use your college years as an opportunity to build a strong foundation of knowledge and practical skills.

In conclusion, while the recognition and reputation of a college can be a valuable consideration when making your choice, it is ultimately your own knowledge, skills, and abilities that will determine your success in a law career. By making the most of your college years and focusing on your own learning and development, you can set yourself up for a successful future in the field of law.

Amity Law School, Noida will be better for pursuing a 5-year BA LLB. It is well-reputed in the Law sector and offers good facilities. The placement opportunities offered by the institute are good. Recent highlights of Amity Law School, Delhi placements show the average CTC to be around INR 4-5 LPA. Top law firms from around the country and abroad visit the campus placements. Herbert Smith (UK), Roousee International (Dubai), Clyde & Co. (Dubai), etc. are among the major recruiters that took part in the campus drive.

One of my friends is pursuing Law from Lloyd and according to him Lloyd is an amazing college and the faculty team is also quite knowledgeable.

Here are some of the pros and cons of the institute.

Pros:

  • The college has a beautiful campus with greenery.
  • Weekly seminars, national and international level competitions, quizzes, and other activities are regularly held.
  • The campus placements are very good. Big companies, firms, and banks recruit students during placement drives. The average CTC offered is around 3 LPA.

Cons:

  • The fee structure is quite rigid.
  • The attendance policy is very strict.
  • The faculties are changed frequently.

Overall, Lloyd is a good option for pursuing a law degree.

Among IMS Law College and Lloyd Law college, it would be better to join IMS. I have friends from both institutes. According to their experience, Lloyd does not offer good career opportunities. The administration is quite strict. The faculty team is also not good. The peer group at the institute is not that cooperative.

According to the recent placement highlights the average CTC offered at Lloyd Law College is 3 LPA. In IMS Law College the average CTC offered is 3.5 LPA.

You can reach out to the current students of the institute to know more.

One of my friends had completed his degree from SLS Noida and as per his opinion, SLS Noida is a far better place to pursue a Law degree than Lloyd Law School. The exposure offered in Symbiosis is of international level because it has university status. The fee structure is quite hefty but you will not at all regret spending that on Symbiosis Noida. After all, a good education is an investment for a bright future.

The faculties, internship, and placement opportunities are really great at Symbiosis.

Choosing an institute depends on several factors such as the fee budget, location, and your career plans. If you want to go into a corporate law firm, then the university you graduate from matters but if you want to pursue litigation, then it does not matter. So choose according to your convenience.
