The Institute of Professional Excellence and Management (IPEM) began modestly in 1996 under the guidance of Laksh Educational Society. It is located in Ghaziabad. Today, the IPEM Group of Institutions is well-regarded for its philosophy, processes, academic resources, infrastructural facilities, and industry connections in the areas of Management, Education, Law, and Computer Application.

In the management field, IPEM offers three programs. The MBA program is approved by the All-India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated with Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow. The BBA and B.Com (Hons) programs are affiliated with Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut.

Further, the Computer Application department offers an MCA program, also approved by AICTE and affiliated with Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow, while the BCA program is affiliated with Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut.

In the field of law, IPEM offers several courses like LLB of 3 years duration, B.Com LLB and BA LLB of 5 years duration each. These programs are approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI) and affiliated with Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut.

Moreover, the Education department at IPEM offers a B.Ed. program, which is affiliated with Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut, and approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). Additionally, it offers a Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) affiliated with the State Council of Education Research and Training (SCERT), Lucknow.
