Passed the examination for the Bachelor's Degree in any of the faculties of the University or any other statutory University or Examination recognised as equivalent thereto or last higherexamination specified under the rules approved by Bar Council of India with 45% marks in aggregate (relaxable upto 5% in the case of students of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes).
