IHM Pusa UG Admission will be done based on the NCHMCT JEE 2024. As per the official website, the exam will be conducted on May 24 and the registrations will be done between Feb 24 - May 24, 2024. Interested candidates can check the official website @nchmct.info for further details.

The institute offers Diploma and PG Diploma in various disciplines of Hospital administration, B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Hospital Administration along with certificate course in food production and patisserie.
The application process for admission in IHM is offline only.
For B.Sc. in Hotel and Hospital Administration, the candidate must have passed 10+2 with 50% marks. English must be a compulsory subject.
Admission in M.Sc. Hospital Administration, the candidate must have secured a bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Hospital Administration/ hotel management from a recognised university.
The selection in B.Sc. and M.Sc. is based on NCHMCT-JEE.
For admission in Diploma and PG Diploma courses, the candidate must have scored 50% marks in 10+2 and bachelor’s degree with English as one of the subjects respectively.
The selection in these diploma courses is based on merit in the qualifying exams and availability of seats.

Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition offers various certificate, diploma and PG diploma courses in different streams of hotel and hospitality administration. The minimum eligibility criterion for taking admission in these courses is to have passed 10^thfor certificate course, 10+2 for diploma courses and bachelor’s degree for PG diploma with 50% marks. IHM, Pusa offers B.Sc. in Hotel and Hospitality Administration under its UG program. The eligibility for admission in B.Sc. is to have 50% marks in 10+2 with English as one of the core subjects.

The Institute offers M.Sc. in Hospitality Administration under its PG program. The minimum eligibility criterion for taking admission in M.Sc. is to have a bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Hospitality Administration or Hotel Management with 50% marks. English must be one of the core subjects in the qualifying examination.

Final selection of the candidates in M.Sc. Hospitality Administration is based on NCHMCT-JEE.

IHM, Pusa Application Process 2023

The application process conducted by Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition is offline only. However, the candidates planning to appear for NCHMCT-JEE entrance exam must register themselves on its official website.

For admission candidates must follow the given steps:

Visit the college to collect prospectus and application form.
Fill the form correctly and attach the required documents (originals and three photocopies) as listed:

Some of my friends attended IHM Pusa. Here are their insides regarding the hostel facilities. The hostel rooms have typical amenities like any other Govt. hostel. The rooms have shared accommodation. Each room has 3 study tables, 3 almirahs, 3 single beds, and one fan. The hostels have a lounge area too. For the girls' hostel, the lounge area has a tv. The boys’ hostel has additional gym equipment.

Life at IHM Pusa is quite good. It is a prestigious institute that strictly adheres to industry standards in terms of creativity, discipline, and exposure. The campus is surrounded by lush green covers of Ridge forest and IARI on either side. The campus has a tennis court, two badminton courts, basketball, volleyball, table tennis, and a gymnasium too. The hostels are well-maintained. It has a library too. The faculties are cooperative. Many of the faculty members also stay on campus. There are several kitchens for degree students - Advanced Training Kitchen, Regional Training Kitchen, Basic Training Kitchen, Quality Food Kitchen. There is a training restaurant called ‘The Scholar’. The college building has an entire floor dedicated to confectionery and bakery. The placement opportunities offered here are arguably the best in the country. Students get great exposure as it is located close to the ministry of tourism. Students of the institute get to participate in all the events conducted by the ministry. Students from IHM Pusa have represented India in World Skills Olympics.
