Students will be granted admission to BDS program in the Pariyaram Dental College on the basis of their performance in NEET. In order to pursue BDS course from the college, candidates have to fill an online application form by following the below given steps:

• Visit the official website of Pariyaram Dental College.
• Click on ‘Admission 2021’. Subsequently, the application form will appear on the screen.
• Candidates will be required to enter personal, communication and educational details in the application form and upload scanned images of passport sized photograph and signature.
• After filling all the details in the application form, candidates should click on submit button.
• Upon clicking, a duly filled application form will appear on the screen.

Candidates have to take a printout of the same and are required to send the application form along with a Demand draft of the requisite amount of application fee and other required documents to the following address.

1. Demand draft drawn in favour of Pariyaram Dental College
2. Self-attested score card of the NEET examination
3. Self-attested copy of the mark list of qualifying examinations
4. Self-attested copy of relevant page of SSLC/ CBSE/ICSE/ Other equivalent exam, Certificates to prove the date of birth and age
5. Attested copy of Nativity Certificate issued by a Revenue Authoritynot below the rank of Village Officer.

Note: The applicants shall produce the originals of attested copies of certificates/ documents mentioned above at the time of counselling/ selection.
