Mithila Minority Dental College And Hospital (MMDCH) is the second-oldest dental college in the Indian state of Bihar established in 1989. The college is affiliated to Lalit Narayan Mithila University.
The college offers Bachelor’s degree programme in Dental Science (BDS) with the duration period of five years. The selection of students to the BDS programme shall be made on the basis of rank secured in the merit list published by the CBSE in NEET
Mithila Minority Dental College BDS Admission 2023
The college offers Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) programme, minimum eligibility for which is an intermediate (10+2) with science and 50% marks. The course duration is five years.
In the BDS course, each student is made aware of the basic nature of the Human body its Anatomy, Physiology, Diseases, surgical line of treatment.They are also taught the Morphology of each tooth, their identification, pathology involved in the teeth and associated structures like bone and gums.
The selection of students to the BDS programme shall be made on the basis of rank secured in the merit list published by the CBSE in NEET

- The total approved seats for the BDS program is 60 of which:
- 35 seats for minority candidates
- 16 seats for general candidates
- 9 seats for NRI candidates
