Bhojia Dental College offers a 5-year comprehensive undergraduate programme in Dental Surgery (BDS). Candidates must obtain at least 50% (40% for reserved category) marks in their Higher Secondary (10+2) board examinations with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as mandatory subjects in order to qualify for admission.

Alternatively, candidates who have scored 50% marks (40% for reserved candidates) in B. Sc degree examinations with any of these 3 subjects- Botany, Zoology, Physics, Physiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry and Human Anatomy- are also eligible to apply.

Bhojia Dental College admits 50% of its BDS batch under State quota and rest of the 50% are taken under management quota. Bhojia Dental College offers Diploma courses in Dental Hygienist and Dental Mechanic of 2 years duration. Candidates who have obtained a minimum of 50% marks (40% for reserved candidates) in 10+2 exams with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as compulsory subjects from a recognized HS board are eligible to apply.

50% students are admitted under state quota through counselling conducted by the Himachal Pradesh University. Those who are domiciled residents of the state can collect application forms from the university office and the duly filled forms must be admitted along with all the necessary documents.

The institute and course of choice must be clearly mentioned in the form. Those who meet the eligibility criteria must appear for counselling at the university post which colleges are allotted according to rank on the merit list. Applicants from other states of the country can apply under management quota which accounts for 50% of the admissions made to the diploma courses.

Postgraduate courses in Dental Surgery are offered by Bhojia Dental College with specializations in various areas like Periodontology, Oral Pathology and Microbiology, Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics, Pedodontics and Preventive Dentistry, Prosthodontics and Crown Bridge, Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics.

To qualify for admission, candidates must successfully complete BDS degree or equivalent degree course duly recognized by the Dental Council of India (DCI). Candidates must also obtain permanent registration with the DCI and should have completed their rotating internship on or before April 30.

The college admits 50% candidates under the state quota and 50% under management quota. HP domiciled applicants are taken under state quota seats while those from other parts of India are admitted under management quota.
