Oxford College of Science (TOCS), Bangalore M.Sc & MCA Admission 2023

The Oxford College of Science offers M.Sc and MCA program in various specializations at PG level. The admission is granted on the basis of a written aptitude test conducted by the college. Selected candidates need to go through an interview session scheduled by the respective program counselors. For admission to the PG Diploma program is done through online entrance examination i.e. K-BAT conducted by Bangalore University.

Students who have passed B.Sc. Honors in Biotechnology / Microbiology/Botany/Zoology/Biology are also eligible with 50% marks in aggregate of all the optional. 	Genetics and Sericulture.	Bachelor's Degree in Science with 50% marks in aggregate of all the optional subjects with any three of the following subjects. Chemistry, Bio- Chemistry, Botany, Applied Botany, Zoology, Applied Zoology, Environmental Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Genetics, Applied Genetics and Sericulture.
	Chemistry	Bachelor's Degree in Science with a minimum of 50% marks in Chemistry subject and studied Mathematics at 10+2/PUC level.
	Mathematics	Bachelor's Degree in Science with 40% marks in the aggregate of all the optional subjects and 50% marks in Mathematics.
	Electronic Science	Bachelor's Degree in Science with 50% marks in aggregate in the following combination of optional subjects: Physics, Mathematics, Electronics/Physics, Mathematics, Instrumentation/Computer Science, Mathematics, Electronics.
	Statistics	Bachelor's Degree in Science with Statistics & Mathematics as optional subjects of Bangalore University. Bachelor's Degree in Science of any other University with Mathematics & Statistics as optional subjects with at least one of them as a major subject is also eligible, subject to the other stipulations in the regulations for M.Sc. Courses of Bangalore University.
	Computer Science	Bachelor's Degree in Science in Computer Science or B.C.A. with Mathematics as one of the subject and at least 50% marks aggregate marks of all optional subjects.
	Apparel Technology & Management	Bachelor's Degree in Science /Engineering in Fashion & Apparel Design / Textiles and clothing /Apparel and Fashion Technology / Fashion Designing/Costume & Apparel Design / Costume Design & Fashion/Textile Technology/Silk Technology from any recognized University/Institute and have secured not less than 50% of marks in aggregate in optional subjects.
MCA	Master of Computer Applications	A 3-year Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from any recognized University with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate of all subjects, Including languages. Must have studied Mathematics /Business Mathematics/statistics /Computer Science / Computer Applications/Computer Programming as one of the Optional/Elective subjects; if not studied in degree, must have passed one of the subjects specified above securing 50% of the marks in that subject in the PUC/10+2 or equivalent.

To get admitted to this course, you should have taken science after the 10th. The admission can be done both online and offline. Offline application forms should be collected from campus only. If you have proper documents, then it will be an easy process.

Remarks:

Eligibility - have taken biology as a core subject in 12th and passed from cbse, icse Or equivalent boards with 60% of marks. Admission can be done both online and offline. In the case of offline, admission forms can be collected directly from the campus. It's really an easy process if you have proper documents and meet the eligibility criteria.

Remarks:

Eligibility is a pass with 60% in 12th or PUC, an application form can be requested through the college website and a fee of 200 rupees for the same, or you can directly visit the college and get counseling regarding the courses you want to opt for and collect the application form with brochure by paying a fee of 200.

Remarks:

I got admission based on my 12th marks. If you are doing 12 in Karnataka you can avail of discounts. They asked for the marks card and took 4 days to approve the University whether I am eligible for admission or not. No test required

Remarks:

It's a very high cost and it is also useful for students we can find on the internet still not an improvement in this so eligibility of course and we should pay for the entrance fee to write the exam to the admission process.
