Viva School of Architecture laid its foundation in the year 2010 and has an affiliation with the University of Mumbai. The college is approved by Council of Architecture (COA) and DTE, Maharashtra. Viva School of Architecture conducts five-year degree course in Bachelors of Architecture (B.Arch).
- Admission to B.Arch program is done on the basis of NATA entrance examination.
- To apply for the course, a candidate must have passed class 12th examination or its equivalent with Mathematics by securing minimum 50% marks in aggregate.
- Also, candidates who have passed full-time Diploma examination under 10+3 pattern recognized by AICTE or its equivalent examination by securing minimum 50% marks in aggregate are eligible.
- The seats offered by the college shall be filled through Centralized Admission Process (CAP) conducted by DTE, Maharashtra on the basis of inter-se-merit of NATA.
- Candidates shall register for CAP in online mode on the official website of DTE and participate in the counselling and report in the college for final admissions.
- All candidates belonging to the reserved category of Maharashtra shall be given relaxation of 5% marks in minimum academic eligibility criteria.
