Established in the year 1921, the Vikramjit Singh Sanatan Dharma College is located in Kanpur and has 98 acres of area. It is affiliated to Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University and accredited A grade by NAAC.The College offers both undergraduate and graduate programs.

There are 6 chief departments. Namely – Science, Commerce, Arts, Law, Education and Physical Education.
Students are admitted based on their merit in their previous exam or on their performance in the Entrance Exam.
They should have a minimum aggregate score of 50% in their previous examinations.
Interview is not required. Some courses require Entrance Exams like the Common entrance exam or JEST.

Eligibility

For LLB

The candidates should have passed 12th or equivalent exam with a minimum score of 45%.
The candidates should have qualified the Common Entrance Exam conducted by CSJM Kanpur University.

For B.P.Ed.

The candidates should have passed 12th or equivalent exam.
The candidates should have qualified the Common Entrance Exam conducted by CSJM Kanpur University.

For B.Ed.

The candidates should have a minimum score of 50%-55% in 12th or equivalent examination.

For Other UG programs

Selection Process

The selection of the candidates is done on merit basis. However, for admission to B.Ed, B.P.Ed and LLB courses, candidates must appear for the related entrance exam to get selected.
