Following is the list of required documents to be submitted for verification:
Attested Xerox copies of mark sheets of 10 and 10 + 2 examinations.
SC / ST / OBC candidates must produce attested Xerox copy of SC / ST / OBC certificate issued from the office of the S.D.O.
Original Migration certificate from the University / Board in case of migrating candidates.
In the transfer case, the candidate must produce original Transfer Certificate from the institution last attended.
Original School / College leaving certificate from the Head of the institution last attended.
One recent passport size photograph.
Attested Xerox copy of the admit card of 10th examination showing date of birth.
The original admit card of 10th examination is to be produced for verification of the date of birth at the time of admission.
