Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce admissions 2023 for UG and PG programs will be based on Common University Entrance Test (CUET) scores which are conducted by NTA. Admissions to UG courses will be based on CUET UG marks followed by the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) while admission to PG courses will be done through the CUET PG examination. Delhi University Entrance Test (DUET) for PG admissions is scrapped for now and is replaced by CUET PG from the academic year 2023.
Once the CUET results are out, eligible candidates for both UG and PG programs need to register themselves on Delhi University’s admission portal- admission.uod.ac.in.Candidates will then be required to fill in the preference for program and college for seat allocation. Seat Allocation for UG courses will be done through the CSAS portal while PG selections will be based on the merit list released for both merit and entrance-based admissions.
For PG admissions, 50% of the total seats will be allocated based on the candidate’s merit in the qualifying examination. The merit-based alternative is only for students who hold a bachelor’s degree from Delhi University. The remaining half of the total seas will be provided based on the candidate’s rank in the CUET PG exam.
Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce has 50% of the total seats reserved for candidates belonging to the Sikh Minority.

SGGSCC offers 3 courses at PG level. The courses are M.Com, PGDIM & DBJCC. All the courses are offered under Commerce, Journalism & Marketing departments. The courses are offered for the duration of 2 years. To be eligible for the PG curriculum, students must pass graduation from a recognized board. Selection will be granted for the PGDIM & DBJCC, on the basis of qualified score in the entrance examination conducted by the university followed by Group Discussion & Interview. For the M.Com course, students need to go through the CUET PG entrance examination.

According to the reviews online, Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce (SGGSCC) is a very well maintained institution. They have a proper infrastructure with a good faculty and student crowd. Shaheed Bhagat Singh College (SBSC) is also academically a good institute.
It is suggested that you do not go for Dyal Singh College (DSC) but opt for anyone among the other two mentioned.
Between SGGSCC and SBSC make your choice based on the location. If you belong to South Delhi, Noida or Gurgaon, then choose SBSC. If you are from any other part of Delhi choose SGGSCC.
If you are from an outstation choose SGGSCC as overall living cost in North Delhi is cheaper than South Delhi and you can also stay near North Campus which will help you interact with a much more diverse set of people.
It is suggested that you go for Sri Venkateswara College (SVC) or Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce (SGGSCC), as both colleges are famous for their commerce department.
They have the best, most experienced faculty with some professors having 15-20 years of educational experience. You will have opportunities to take part in extracurricular activities through clubs and societies. SVC also has the best placement opportunities and has the advantage of being in Satya Niketan, the best college of south campus.
Therefore, your first choice or preference should be either SVC or SGGSCC, followed by Ramjas college.
Among Ramjas and Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce (SGGSCC) it is better if you go for the latter.
Therefore it is suggested that you go for SGGSCC to pursue a B.Com Honours rather than selecting Ramjas College.
