Aspirants can get the application form from the college office and there is no online application form. The offline form is available at the college office after payment of a small fee for the application form. 

The filled application form must be attached with the following documents:

•  Attested copies of HSE degree mark certificates.
•  Latest passport size photo.
•  Filled personal and educational background details. 
• Signed declaration of acceptance of terms of college attached along with other important documents like address proof/ birth certificate / caste certificate (if minority) 
• The filled application form and other documents should be submitted at the college counter and if selected the Candidates name will appear in the merit list.
