• Collect the prospectus form the university campus or online from official website for INR 300/-
• Detach the Application form, Computer Coding sheet, and Address slip from the prospectus and fill it carefully
• Separate application form is to be submitted for each programme.
• Application form along with the required documents is to be sent directly to the Registrar, University of Madras ,Tholkapiar Valagam (Chepauk)
• The following certificates are to be sent along with the application form:
1. HSC certificate
2. Consolidated Statement of Marks
3. Community Certificate for BC/MBC & DNC/SC/ST
4. Certificate for the Differently Abled
5. Conduct Certificate
6. Provisional Degree Certificate
7. Copy of TANCET Marks
8. Statement of Marks

Graduation and a bachelors degree obtained through the 10+2+3 system or an equivalent qualification with a minimum aggregate of 50% or equivalent CGPA of any of the Universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India. A Relaxation of 5% aggregate is there for SC/ST candidates.
