SD College Alappuzha Ph.D. Admission 2023

The college offers Ph.D. in 5 specializations. Candidates must have a Master’s degree with 55% marks to be eligible. Admission to Ph.D. is based on the performance in an entrance test conducted by Kerala University followed by an interview. Those with DBT-JRF, DST-INSPIRE, GPAT score are exempted from the test.

Candidates who have already qualified NET-JRF or lectureship of the UGC/CSIR or ICAR/GATE or ICMR JRF or the scholars who have been selected for the fellowship by the Kerala State Council for Science, Technology and Environment or the state level eligibility test conducted by Kerala Government are also eligible.
Candidates who have qualified DBT-JRF, DST-INSPIRE, GPAT, or have 7 years of experience and at least 2 research papers or those with DM/M.Ch. degree are exempted from taking the university entrance test.
