Nagindas Khandwala College of Commerce and Arts was established in the year 1983 in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The college is affiliated to the University of Mumbai and has been granted autonomous status by University Grants Commission (UGC). The college has also been re-accredited by NAAC with Grade ‘A’ (3rd Cycle).

At present, Nagindas Khandwala College is offering 19 UG, 7 PG, and 4 Ph.D. programs in the field of Arts and Commerce. Admissions to the UG programs are based on merit as per the Mumbai University guidelines, while admissions for PG courses are based on merit in the qualifying examinations followed by a personal interview.
