Candidates shall apply separately for Aided and Unaided UG/PG programs and M.Phil./ Ph.D. programs. The application form is made available at the college office and could be filled online through the website of the college. Candidates shall collect the application form of M.Phil. and Ph.D. courses in person from the Registrar, Bharathiar University. Payment of the application fee could be done in both online and offline modes.

Online process for UG/PG Courses:

• Visit the official website of the college.
• Click on “Online Registration” under the “Admission” tab.
• Fill up the application form with correct details.
• Upload the required documents.
• Enter the DD no/ Money Order No.
• Submit the application form.

Offline process for UG/PG Courses:

• Collect the application form from the Principal, Kongunadu Arts and Science College.
• Fill up the application form
• Attach all the required documents
• Pay the application fee and submit the application form in person or through the post.

For Ph.D. program

• Get the application form from the Registrar, Bharathiar University.
• Complete the application form.
• Attach the required documents.
• Pay the application fee and submit the application form in person or through the post.

Application Fee:

Payment of the application fee could be submitted through Demand Draft favoring “Kongunadu Arts and Science College” payable at Coimbatore”, Money Order to the Principal, Kongunadu Arts and Science College, Coimbatore - 641 029 with complete address and shall mention course applied for in the coupon or in Cash.

1. UG: In cash INR 25 and through DD/ MO INR 35
2. PG: INR 50 in cash and INR 60 through DD/ MO

• Unaided Courses

1. UG: INR 150 in Cash or INR 160 through DD/ MO
