Haldia Govt. College, Medinipur college offers General and Honours degree courses in the discipline of Arts and Science for a duration of three years. Candidates can opt for among 11 subject specializations.

Candidates who wish to pursue degree courses must have passed 10+2 and secured minimum 45% marks in at least five subjects or minimum 50% marks in the subject they are seeking admission into. For General degree in BA or B.Sc, candidates must have passed 10+2 in at least five subjects.
