Dr. N.G.P. Arts and Science College is a co-educational self-financing college, inaugurated in a rural area in Kalapatti, Coimbatore District with a slogan on Nurture, Growth and Prosper. The college is affiliated to Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, has been recognized by UGC. The institute offers 31 UG, 16 PG, 25 Research, 24 Diploma, 46 Certificate Programmes.

NGP College Admissions are done through online / offline application forms.
Students have to fill out the application form for the admission confirmation, with relevant documents.
The admission to all the UG, PG, Diploma, PG Diploma, Certificate courses is based on the marks obtained in Qualifying Examination.
The admission to the Research courses is based on the Entrance Exam conducted by the institute, followed by an interview.

Candidates will be ranked according to the marks secured by them in the qualifying examinations.

Dr. N.G.P. Arts and Science College Research Courses Selection Criteria

The admission to the research programs are done on the basis of guidelines from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore.
The candidates need to check the research related notifications on the institute’s website.
Candidates will be admitted for the PhD programme through a common entrance test, followed by an interview.
Entrance Examination will be conducted in the subjects of Master Degree obtained by the candidate.
At the time of interview, the candidates are expected to discuss their research interest / area.

How To Apply To Dr. N.G.P. Arts and Science College?

The interested & eligible candidates can apply for all UG, PG, Diploma, PG Diploma, and Certificate Courses in the following ways:

Offline Application:

The application form can be obtained from the College Office after the payment of application fee.
The candidate can either pay in cash or in DD.
Cash must be paid at the college counter.
Demand Draft must be drawn in favor of “Dr. N.G.P. Arts and Science College, Coimbatore - 641048, Tamil Nadu, India”
If the candidate wants to obtain the application form by post, he/she has to take a DD with INR 50 extra.
For each course, a separate application has to be made for each course a candidate wishes to apply for.
The candidate then needs to fill-in the application form with correct information, and attach the relevant documents.
Filled-in Application Forms shall be submitted with photocopies of Transfer Certificate, Conduct Certificate and Statements of Marks of the qualifying examination.
