BMCC Pune UG Admission 2023

BMCC offers 2 undergraduate level degree programs. The basic eligibility criteria for admission to the BBA and B. Com. programs is a pass in 10+2 with streams such as Accounts, Mathematics and Economics & science stream with a minimum of 50 percent. Selection to these programs is done on the basis of marks obtained by the final examination.

BMCC Pune PG Admission 2023

Brihan Maharashtra College of Commerce offers four postgraduate level degree programs. Candidates are required to score at least 50% marks in the last qualifying exam. Selection to these programs is done on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in the entrance exam conducted by the university/ institute.

BMCC Pune Doctoral Programme Admission 2023

The institute offers admission to the Ph.D. and M.Phil course focusing on Commerce. Admission to the course will be based on the marks secured in the entrance examination conducted by the Institute and a Personal Interview.

Students with a Post Graduation degree can apply for admission to the doctorate courses offered by the institute.

How to Apply for BMCC Pune?

Candidates applying for any of the courses offered by Brihan Maharashtra College of Commerce are required to apply through offline mode of application only. The process of application is as follows:

Candidates can request a copy of the application form by post or collect in person from the institute’s admission cell after paying the prescribed application fee.
All requisite details as asked in the application form are to be furnished correctly.
The complete application form, along with photocopies of required educational documents and other relevant forms, must be sent to the institute, committed to reach before the last date.

Which is better BMCC or Symbiosis for B.Com?

Both BMCC and Symbiosis are good colleges for B.com but among these two, Symbiosis will be a better college as its environment is very good and it grooms its students into better people.

The crowd at Symbiosis is an excellent cosmopolitan mixed crowd from all parts of the country and here you will never feel like a stranger. But in BMCC, the majority of the crowd are local and if you are an outsider then you may feel a little uncomfortable at the beginning. Many times the lectures are also being taken in Marathi language, which can get very difficult for an outsider.
The professors at SCAC are very talented and experienced and they are very helpful to the students. The college also provides the opportunity to pursue a professional course called ACCA and they also provide coaching for it.
At SCAC placements are also very good here as many companies like Deloitte India, Ernst & Young GDS, EY India, and Honeywell visit the campus for placements and its placement cell is very supportive and provides the best facilities to make you job-ready.
There are various extracurricular activities present in SCAC which will grind you and skill you theoretically and also give you vocational training.

Hence, Symbiosis is a very college to pursue B.Com which provides good academics along with nice placements but you should do your own research according to your needs before taking any decision.
