Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IITD) was established in 1961 and is one of the top engineering and research institutes sprawling over 320 Acres in the Hauz Khas region of Delhi. IIT Delhi offers great placement opportunities to the students onboard. As per the media releases, IIT Delhi Placements 2024 Phase 1 has concluded. About 1000 students received 1050 placement offers (including pre-placement offers from 20 organizations). Students received more than 50 international offers. Some of the top recruiters included Air India, Microsoft, Texas Instruments, Goldman Sachs, Bajaj Auto etc. Since the institute's inception, over 48000 students have graduated from IIT Delhi and 5070 received PhD degrees.
