  1. The Candidate is required to apply with the thoroughly filled application form, a copy of the front-page passport, official academic documents, Resume and a CAD 500 non-refundable application fee
  2. The candidate shall receive an Approval Statement regarding his selection to Evergreen College.
  3. A letter of acceptance would be sent to the applicant which should be used for applying for the student permit. The tuition fee need not be paid now itself.
  4. The Candidate must apply for the study-permit(Visa) using their letter of acceptance along with the other necessary documents at the nearest Canadian Embassy.
  5. After receiving the Student Visa, the Candidate must confirm his/her enrollment to the Office of Admissions at Evergreen College.

Evergreen College International Student Admissions

Evergreen College has Eight Campuses across Canada that attracts not just students from Canada but from all over the World to its range of courses available at undergraduate and graduate level. Since it aims to facilitate personal growth and reachable goals to International students, Evergreen offers a wide range of diploma and certificate programs. Evergreen accepts all students who have graduated from high-school or Equivalent or must have completed 18 years of age .The Candidates must select the “request info ” option available after choosing a course of their interest. The College would then revert to them.

Visa Process for International Students

All International Students are expected to pay the one-time non-refundable application fee of CAD 500 during the application procedure. In cases where the student requires a home-stay and Airport Pickup facility,he/she is expected to pay the one-time CAD 150 as Homestay Application Fee and CAD 100 as Airport Pick-Up Service Fee. After receiving a letter of acceptance from the college,the candidate should apply for a study permit at the nearest Canadian Embassy.Visa processing time differs from country to country, so all applicants are expected to apply for Study permit as early as possible.

The following documents will be required while applying for a Canadian Student Visa:

  • Original Valid Passport, and a photocopy of the biodata (photo) page. Including all canceled or expired passports, if applicable. The Candidate must make sure that his/her passport is valid for the entire duration of proposed study, as the validity of the study permit cannot exceed the validity of the passport.

  • Two photographs meeting the photograph specifications of the Candidate.
  • Letter of Acceptance from Evergreen College

In case the student Visa application gets rejected, the applicant must inform Evergreen College, mailing the exact reason for the denial of Visa from the Consulate. If there is any misunderstanding or missing documents whose absence caused the denial of the application by the Consulate, Evergreen would try its best to help the student get the Visa.

However, in cases where the college admissions office cannot do anything about the denial of Visa, the application fee of CAD 500 and home-stay program application fee of CAD 150(if applicable) would be retained by the college and the rest of the amount paid shall be refunded back to the candidate provided the student gives a written application for the same within the stipulated time.

Evergreen College Certificate Program Admissions

Evergreen College offers Certification programs like English Preparation Program, Corporate Training, CPI Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Training, Gentle Persuasive Approach and Academic Preparation Course. After applying online the candidate will be arranged a Campus tour by the respective admission Counsellor. Once the student is ready for enrollment, and enrollment meeting would be arranged. Documents required for your enrollment include a copy of your photo ID, along with transcripts and a diploma from your high school or post-secondary education
