Adler University International Student Admission

Academic performance, clarity of written writings and verbal communication, the strength of recommendations, community service experience, and other considerations are used to evaluate Adler University applicants. Integrity, motivation, and ethics are all important factors in deciding whether or not to accept or reject a candidate.

Students from the United States and Canada should send their transcripts directly to the University Admissions Office. During the application procedure, students must evaluate their transcripts from various transcript evaluating providers such as ECE/WES and upload them online. Ques. What grades do I need for ADLER, and do you only look at my grades from the previous two years?

Ans. 4-year undergraduate degree with a 3.0 cumulative GPA and a “B” or above on a 4-point scale. We take into account all four years of your education. However, we recognize that the first and second years may not often proceed as anticipated. It's also possible that personal situations influenced your grades. At ADLER, we consider the whole picture while focusing on the individual.

Ques. Is your MPsy a recognized degree?

Ans. Yes. The Minister of Colleges and Universities has given AGPS permission to offer the Master of Psychology degree, which has been recognized as meeting the educational requirements for students to apply to the College of Psychologists of Ontario to become Psychological Associates.

Ques. How do I apply for a study permit in Canada and when should I start?

Ans. After you accept your Offer of Admission, you can start applying for a Study Permit using the documents in your Adler Application Portal account. All overseas applicants to Adler University must submit their Study Permit applications as soon as feasible to be in Canada in time for International Welcome Week and the start of the Fall semester.

Ques. Is it necessary for me to find a thesis supervisor before I am admitted into the program?

Ans. No. Throughout the program, students are directed to assist them to determine whether they want to pursue an MRP or a thesis. We'll next work with the student to find an internal or external supervisor, as well as internal assistance.

Ques. What impact will a campus closure have on my Student Visa/Study Permit?
