Fanshawe College Hostel
A number of students both domestic and international students, have been awarded housing facilities. Since each of the student residences has their own room setup and fees, all the basic amenities such as kitchenette, living rooms, furniture, refrigerator, microwave oven etc remain the same for all.
- Traditional Residential Halls: Falcon, Peregrine and Merlin house are residences offering 415 apartment style suites. Each of the suites provides accommodations for four students. The combination of all the three buildings offers residence to 1,220 students.
- Townhouse Residence: Kestrel Court provides accommodations to more than 396 residents throughout its 66 townhouse units. Each of the housing units provides student housing for 6 students.

Fanshawe College Hostel: Selection Criteria
Students can submit their housing preferences once they have submitted their housing contract and have been satisfied with advance payment. The students will offered the residences once they have completed their applications as long as the spaces are available in the College Campus.
- The rooms for students have been assigned on the basis of housing application date order.
- If any student are not immediately accepted into the Residence, they will be placed into a waitlist of an available spot.
- Once a spot has been available, the residence team will contact you within 48 hours to claim the residence.
Those students who have been accepted into the residence within the specified timeline given will get an acceptance letter from the college end. Once they received the acceptance email and continued through the acceptance process they are required to pay their residential fees. After continuing the application process, it is required that students can review the rates, options and the payments carefully.
