Humber College accommodations offer housing and accommodations to international students across its three campuses, ensuring a hassle-free lifestyle for all students. On average, Humber college provides on-campus residence for more than 1,450 students at two of its Toronto campuses. The North and Lakeshore Campuses of the college have residential facilities. Students taking admissions with Humber College are assured of adequate facilities. 

Applying for a room in residence at Humber College is a simple process. As soon as the acceptance offer to study at Humber is received, you can apply to live in residence with the International Student Residence Application form. It is, however, important to note that the residence is offered on a first-come-first-serve basis and hence, international applicants must ensure early applications.

The North Campus of Humber college offers both Traditional Single Rooms and Suite Style Rooms whereas the Lakeshore Campus offers only Suite Style accommodation to the students.

Humber College Residence Facilities

With top-class residence facilities, Humber College accommodation brings an array of new experiences, acquaintances and even friends. There are two types of rooms available at the campuses-

1. Traditional Single Rooms (North Campus only) – Private room with centrally located washrooms and lounges. Some of the items that’s included in the room are: Single bed, Desk with chair, Curtains, Ceiling light, Wardrobe, Air conditioning & heating unit, etc.
2. Suite Style Rooms (North Campus & Lakeshore Campus) – Fully furnished two bedrooms with a kitchenette and a washroom. Furnishings and fixtures like Double beds, Desk with chair, Microwave, Full size fridge, Toilet, Sink, Ceiling light, Cupboards, etc. are provided in all the suites.

Humber College Accommdations: Application Procedure

To apply for the Humber College on-campus accommodation following steps may be used as a guideline:

1. You can start the process only after accepting a full-time program offer from the college
2. Use the login credentials provided with the acceptance documents to make an application.
3. On meeting eligibility criteria, you will receive an offer letter for residence through email.
4. The email will also guide you to deposit an amount of 500 CAD (30,000 INR) within 48 hours of receiving the same.
5. Room numbers will be allocated on the day of move-in.
6. After July 10, 2023, the time given to make the accommodation deposit of 500 CAD (30,000 INR) would be 24 hours instead of 48 hours.

All the Humber College accommodations offer facilities of Study rooms, 24x 7 Fitness rooms, Laundry with drying options, Common kitchen equipped with oven, fridge, microwave and sink. Round the clock Security Staff and patrols throughout both the campuses ensure adequate security to the resident students.
