• PhD in Psychology at the University of Victoria is offered as a 4-years program by the Department of Psychology.

  • Students will become a scientist-practitioner who uses research and evidence-based evaluations and treatments.
  • Students will learn practical job skills, like how to work in a cooperative research environment. 
  • The PhD program consists of a minimum of 45 units.

    • Cognition and Brain Sciences (including an accelerated option)
    • Lifespan Health and Development
    • Social Psychology
    • Clinical Psychology (specializing in Lifespan Development or Neuropsychology)
