• This undergraduate program, which includes 30 credits, aims to introduce the student to the psychology of work and organizations by enabling him to acquire knowledge on the psychological concepts relevant to the workplace and to develop a critical attitude towards multiple theories and psychological approaches. 
  • To this end, the program proposes a multidisciplinary approach that introduces the student to the fundamental aspects of work psychology, the functioning of organizations and more specifically of human resources management. The nature of the program is both practical and theoretical.
