The Master of Dental Medicine (MSc), Option Orthodontics, Prosthodontic Rehabilitation or Pediatric Dentistry, and the corresponding Specialized Studies Diploma (DES) (Orthodontics, Prosthodontic Rehabilitation or Pediatric Dentistry,) must be followed concurrently. These programs are for dentists who wish to acquire specialized training. They aim to train dentists willing to approach a clinical or teaching career and research in pediatric dentistry, orthodontics or prosthodontic rehabilitation by promoting the development of clinical, professional and research skills in their respective fields. At the end of the program, the candidate can sit for the Royal College of Dentists of Canada exam.
