Academic Eligibility:

• Students must have a bachelor's degree in science or any related field from a recognized institution.
• The related fields include a UG degree in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Life Sciences.
• A GPA of at least 3.0 (B grade) out of 4.33 is required to be eligible for the program.

Work Experience Eligibility:

• Students may be admitted with lower formal qualifications when there is significant experience relevant to the proposed area of scholarship.
• For the thesis-based M.Sc program, admission is offered based upon participation in research projects, and academic awards.
• If students have any work experience then the chances of accepting the applications are more.

Students may be admitted with lower formal qualifications when a student has significant experience relevant to the proposed area of scholarship.

Indian Student Eligibility:

Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:

• Completed a 4-year UG degree in any field from a recognized University
• Students have a minimum GPA of 3.0 (B) or a minimum of 3.33 (B+) based on the last 60 credits of UG coursework.

Submission of GRE scores is not compulsory for this program, however, it is recommended to submit the scores (minimum 300) for better a chance of admission.

Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.

This degree is itself a big step that a student is taking towards building theircareer. Throughout school, students also take on additional applied (that is, “out of the classroom") career building opportunities — often referred to as professional development. Whether it’s through a research fellowship, a volunteer contract, an internship, further skills training, or entry-level work with a reputable organization, pursuing Professional Development during their studies benefits them in two major ways:

• Standing apart from other applicants means doing more than just their degree, whether at the undergraduate or master’s level. Professional development allows student to gather practical experience which demonstrates to prospective employers that them hold a breadth of skills and the ability to apply your learning in the “real world.”
• There is no better way to know what kind of work student would want to keep doing than to try it out, sampling shorter and therefore more manageable commitments. Professional development placements will give them tangible, lived evidence from which they can narrow down the kinds of work they would like to go on to pursue, suiting it to their values, lifestyle, and aspirations
