• The Student Specialize their knowledge in Earth Science through an intensive program that includes theoretical study and hands-on work. Develop and hone their geoscience skills and tools for successful research, from the formulation of a thesis problem to its solution. The students in this program cannot be transferred into the Mineral exploration one-year option.
  • Research areas range widely from ore deposit geology, volcanology, structural geology, sedimentology, paleontology, mineralogy, igneous and metamorphic petrology, geophysics, 3D computer modeling, to environmental geoscience, pedology, and bioremediation.
