Academic Eligibility:

• Students are required to submit their high school transcripts or an equivalent school system.
• Students are required to maintain at least a 2.0 overall GPA.

Indian Student Eligibility:

Students must require one of the following:

• Indian Senior School Certificate (ISC)
• Intermediate Certificate
• Higher School Certificate
• Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) or All India Senior School Certificate

Language Requirments:

• Students whose official language is not English are required to submit IELTS or TOEFL scores. 
• Students are required to submit an SAT or ACT score to be considered for admission. 

International students who currently or will hold a degree from an institution where English is the primary language of instruction, do not need to submit a TOEFL or IELTS score report.

The KPU PR Diploma Program provides a broad-based educational experience that gives students a solid grounding in all aspects of public relations and corporate communications. College program trains students to shine as both communicators and innovators, and college graduates have found employment in a variety of positions in multinational corporations, nonprofit organizations, government, and PR agencies. 

Specialists in public relations and communications perform some or all of the following duties:

• Develop, implement and evaluate communications strategies and programs designed to inform clients, employees, and the general public of initiatives and policies of businesses, governments, and other organizations
• Arrange interviews and news conferences
• Initiate and maintain contact with the media
• Act as spokesperson for an organization and answer written and oral inquiries
• Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions for internal and external audiences
• Develop and organize workshops, meetings, ceremonies, and other events for publicity, fundraising, and information purposes
