- They will also access Western’s cutting-edge food pilot plant and commercial kitchen, and be given a chance to apply their newfound skills and knowledge to a professional research project.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
- Students must have an Honours, Graduate Diploma or higher in science, health science, medical science or engineering with a major in food science, food technology, food engineering, human nutrition, dietetics, chemistry, biology, microbiology, or chemical engineering.
- If English is not the students’ first language then they must provide proof of English competency.
