Curtin University has a diverse range of on-campus student accommodation options available, located within a 10 minute walk from the academic buildings. - Erica Underwood House- It houses 324 students in a warm and welcoming environment. There is no security deposit or bond required.
- Vickery House- It is the closest residential hall to the university centre situated amid lovely gardens, and is near to major public transportation.
- Guild House- Located across the road from Curtin Stadium it offers two main types of furnished student accommodation: private rooms and four-bedroom apartments.
- Kurrajong Village is surrounded by gardens on the southwest Curtin University campus. It is a short walk to major public transportation and local facilities like stores, libraries, and restaurants.
- Twin Dolphin Hall that will open newly from 2022 will have a mix of studio, ensuite, and sharing flats, as well as a shared lobby, kitchen, and dining amenities, and a games area. The brand new 10-story building features a boutique grocer, retail stores, and cafés nearby, as well as other state-of-the-art facilities.
