The undergraduate major in theater arts is designed to build a solid understanding of and appreciation for the power of theatre and performance.

Students receive academic training and hands-on experience for a career as a theatre professional, educator, and/or student interested in continuing studies in graduate and professional training programs. Coursework reflects both broad foundational knowledge and advanced applied specialization.
