The Statistics major at Baylor University is intended for those students who either want to seek employment with the B. S. degree or continue towards their advanced degrees. The minor will most likely be taken by students who intend to enter graduate school in an area other than statistics.

Graduates can expect to find job opportunities as research analysts, data analyst or statisticians. Many students also pursue teaching opportunities in the field or continue their studies through graduate school.
