Civil engineering master’s and doctoral students have assessed bridge safety and created plans to fix potholes. Employers worldwide clamor for our students because of their real-world skills. They hire UToledo alumni for positions at all levels of engineering. 

Most full-time civil engineering graduate students receive aid fellowships and teaching and research assistantships, which include a stipend and tuition waiver.
