Participants who are already educational professionals will acquire enhanced skills in relevant areas such as assessment, instruction, and collaboration. This will prepare them to assume leadership roles in their schools, school districts, and other community settings. They will also be prepared to be consumers and producers of research focused on improving educational practices for students with disabilities and their families. The program will also prepare participants to pursue more advanced degrees.
