If participants are also teacher candidates the program is designed to equip them with the knowledge and skills to create improvements in the education and lives of individuals with disabilities. Participants who are already educational professionals will acquire enhanced skills in relevant areas such as assessment, instruction, and collaboration. This will prepare them to assume leadership roles in their schools, school districts, and other community settings. The program will also prepare participants to pursue more advanced degrees.Learning Outcomes
