Far more than just grammar, the TESOL MEd explores the theory and research behind language learning and equips you to become an excellent resource to those who want to learn English as a second language and gain insight into the American way of life.

You will attend small master?s and TESOL classes made up of a cohort of students who progress through the program together as a unit. The program includes classes from both the Graduate School of Education and University Extension. The partnership between GSOE and University Extension will give you a boost toward earning your MEd since eight units from the TESOL certificate also count toward the MEd.
